These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC/CGV) govern the sales of products offered on the website www.cuveecouture.com. Any order implies the unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
The products offered are described with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs are non-contractual.
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC/VAT included). Delivery costs are specified before the order is validated. Cuvée Couture reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
The validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the GTC. The customer receives a confirmation email after payment.
Payments are secured via [Indicate methods: credit card, PayPal, etc.]. The order is shipped after payment validation.
Please see our Shipping Policy for deadlines and conditions. The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.
Cuvée Couture cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products. In case of force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances), Cuvée Couture's liability shall not be incurred.

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
