Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Standard France: 3 to 5 business days.
Express France: 24 to 48 hours.
Europe: 5 to 7 business days.
International: 7 to 15 business days (depending on destination).
France: Free for purchases of €100 or more.
Europe & International: Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.
Every order receives a tracking number sent by email upon shipment. Tracking is available via our website or the carrier's platform.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.
